1895 O $1 Morgan Dollar ANACS AU 50 About Uncirculated New Orleans Mint Old Holder

A tough 1895 O better date Morgan dollar graded AU 50 by ANACS. It has a good overall strike with excellent detail for the grade with an appealing light tone most notable around the rims of each side. This date has been one of our best sellers for the series as we have been able to hold very few in our inventory. It has been housed in an old time 1980's small size ANACS holder. This New Orleans Mint date has a total mintage of 450,000. Of this mintage, the PCGS Coin Facts estimates that only 37,493 have survived in all grades today.
