1893 S $1 Morgan Dollar NGC G 6 Good to Very Good San Francisco Key Date !

A desirable 1893 S key date Morgan Dollar graded G 6 by NGC. This key date coin has been very difficult to find in 'affordable' grade levels such as this one. It has strong full rims throughout both sides with a nice even original patina. This is the most valuable business strike coin of the entire Morgan Dollar Series. The 1893 S Morgan dollar is the key to the entire series with the lowest business strike mintage of only 100,000. However, of this mintage, the PCGS Coin Facts estimates that only 9,948 have survived in all grades today. It is one of only 753 graded to be in 'Good' condition by NGC.
