1893 S $1 Morgan Dollar ANACS G 6 Good to Very Good Key Date Original Surfaces

An attractive 1893 S key date silver Morgan Dollar graded G 6 by ANACS. It holds strong full rims throughout both sides with very strong detail for the grade. This date holds the lowest of the entire Morgan dollar series and has been extremely difficult to find lately in this grade level. It has been housed in an older style 1980's small size ANACS holder. The 1893 S Morgan dollar is the key to the entire series with the lowest business strike mintage of only 100,000. However, of this mintage, the PCGS Coin Facts estimates that only 9,948 have survived in all grades today.
