A very sharply struck 1893 O better date silver Morgan dollar graded AU 50 by PCGS. It carries an exceptional strike throughout both sides with very crusty original toned surfaces. This New Orleans Mint date has been hard to carry lately as it has been in very strong demand among collectors. We would say this has been one of the most in demand dates of the entire Morgan Dollar series! This date holds a low mintage of only 300,000. Of this mintage, the PCGS Coin Facts estimates that only 29,960 have survived in all grades. It is one of only 356 graded About Uncirculated 50 by PCGS.
