1892 25C Barber Quarter ANACS MS 63 Double Die Reverse Uncirculated DDR Toned

An 1892 double die reverse, barber quarter graded MS 63 by ANACS. It holds a sharp strike with some matching toning around the rims of both sides. ANACS has noted this coin to be the double die reverse variety on their holder. This date is among the most popular for the barber quarter series as this is the first year to the series. Most collectors collect this particular series for their U.S type collection. This coin has a mintage of 8,236,000. However, the PCGS Coin Facts estimates that only only 20,000 have survived today with only 3,000 survivors in MS 60 or better condition.
