It holds just a light touch of toning around the rims but is mostly blast white. A slightly tougher New Orleans Mint date to find in this grade level. This New Orleans Mint date holds a mintage of 10,701,000. Of this extremely large mintage, the PCGS Coin Facts estimates that a million have survived today. This attractive coin is one of only 4,504 graded Mint State 64 by PCGS.
