1890 1C Indian Head Cent NGC MS 64 RB Uncirculated Mostly Red RD !

A very attractive 1890 better date Indian head cent graded MS 64 RB by NGC. It carries a great strike with appealing original red and brown surfaces throughout both sides. This coin is mostly red throughout both the obverse and reverse and we have seen far less coins in full red designated holders. It has a touch of dark toning around a small part of the rim of the reverse. This beautiful coin has been housed in an old 'NGC Fatty Holder'. The close-up photos provided give the best representation of how this coin looks in person. This date carries a huge mintage of 57,180,114. However, of this high mintage the PCGS Coin Facts estimates that only 500 have survived in red brown condition. It is one of only 234 graded Mint State 64 Red Brown by NGC.
