A tough 1889 S better date silver Morgan dollar graded MS 62 by PCGS. It holds an exceptional strike with very lustrous and attractive surfaces throughout both sides. It holds very appealing surfaces that are mostly blast white throughout both sides. The obverse has just a touch of light toning as shown in the photos provided. This San Francisco Mint date holds a lower mintage of only 700,000. Of this mintage, the PCGS Coin Facts estimates that only 70,000 (10%) have survived today. This coin is one of only 1,709 graded Mint State 62 by PCGS.
