1889 CC $1 Morgan Dollar NGC VG 8 Very Good Carson City Mint Key Date Nice !

A tough 1889 CC key date Morgan dollar graded VG 8 by NGC. It holds strong full rims for the grade with very attractive original surfaces. The obverse has a more darkly toned hue while the reverse is lighter. This key date coin has been in strong demand among collectors and especially in these more affordable grade levels. This Carson City coin has a total mintage of only 350,000. Of this mintage, the PCGS Coin Facts estimates that only 25,250 have survived in all grades today. It is one of only 368 graded to be in Very Good condition by NGC.
