A tough 1889 better date three cent nickel graded VF 30 by ANACS. It holds strong detail for the grade with very nice original surfaces. A tougher date to find in any grade level. This is one only a handful we have ever offered in all of our years in the coin business/hobby.
This Philadelphia Mint date holds a tiny mintage of only 18,125. However, of this mintage the PCGS Coin Facts estimates that only 1,000 have survived in all grades today!
