An 1888 S better date silver Morgan dollar graded MS 62 by PCGS. It holds a sharp strike with very attractive lustrous blast white surfaces throughout both the obverse and reverse. A tougher date to find in this grade level with such nice white original surfaces.
This date holds a total mintage of only 657,000. Of this mintage, the PCGS Coin Facts estimates that only 65,000 have survived in all grades today. It is one of only 1,553 graded Mint State 62 by PCGS.
