This coin holds a strong full date on the obverse with strong full rims on the obverse and weaker rims on the reverse keeping it at this grade level. This date has become very affordable in this grade level compared to previous years. It has been harder to come by in a lower grade 'affordable' condition such as this one. This key date coin holds a lower mintage of 1,473,300. Of this mintage, the PCGS Coin Facts estimates that only 5,000 have survived in all grades today. It is one of only 191 graded Good 4 by PCGS.
