This 1884 key date three cent nickel has a low mintage of only 1,700! This is the second toughest date to the series only following the 1885. This key date coin has a great strike with a lot of original mint luster remaining. We believe that it looks closer to an about uncirculated grade but ICG may have net graded this coin since it has a few minor circulation marks that can be viewed in the photos. A great date for a tough three cent nickel set or for an investment.
