Both sides are entirely blast white and we believe this coin today should grade at least one point higher than it's deemed grade from NGC. This New Orleans Mint date holds a huge mintage of 9,730,000. Of this massive mintage, the PCGS Coin Facts estimates that 975,000 have survived in all grades today. This coin is one of 20,720 graded Mint State 65 by NGC.
