1881 S Morgan Dollar NGC MS 65 Uncirculated Old Fatty Holder Toned Beauty !

A beautiful 1881 S silver Morgan dollar graded MS 65 by NGC. It carries a superior quality strike throughout both sides with very flashy and attractive surfaces. It holds a touch of appealing toning throughout the rims of each side. This gorgeous coin has been housed in an old time 'NGC Fatty Holder'. We believe if it were sent in today it would grade at least one point higher. This date is among the most common for the entire Morgan dollar series. It holds a huge mintage of 12,760,000. Of this mintage, the PCGS Coin Facts estimates that only 1,200,000 have survived in all grades today. It is one of 56,074 graded Mint State 65 by NGC.
