An absolutely gorgeous 1880 S silver Morgan dollar graded MS 65 DMPL by PCGS. It has been housed in an older style first generation PCGS Rattler Holder. It carries a fantastic strike, extremely lustrous surfaces, and some attractive golden toning among both sides.
This San Francisco Mint date holds a total mintage of 8,900,000. However, of this mintage the PCGS Coin Facts estimates that only 7,600 have survived today with deep mirror proof like surfaces. It is one of only 630 graded Mint Sate 64 Deep Mirror Proof Like by PCGS.
