1880 S $1 Morgan Dollar PCGS MS 64 Uncirculated OGH Rattler Holder CAC Approved

A beautiful 1889 S silver Morgan dollar graded MS 64 by PCGS. It carries a superior quality strike throughout both sides with extremely lustrous and flashy surfaces. It holds just a very light hint of original toning most notably throughout the obverse. This beautiful coin has been housed in a PCGS 'Rattler' holder and has been approved by CAC for quality. This is one of the most common dates to the entire Morgan dollar series with a mintage of 8,900,000. However, the PCGS Coin Facts estimates that only 2,000,000 have survived in all grades today. This coin is one of 63,500 graded Mint State 64 by PCGS. It is also one of only 573 approved by CAC in this grade level.
