A gorgeous 1880 CC 2nd 8 Over 7 Variety, silver Morgan dollar graded MS 64 DMPL by ANACS. It carries an exceptional strike with strong deep mirror proof like surfaces throughout both sides. This very attractive coin also has some appealing lightly toned rims throughout the obverse and reverse. It has been notated by ANACS to be specifically the VAM 6 variety. This appealing coin is housed in an old time 1980's small size ANACS holder. This Carson City mint date has a mintage of only 591,000. Of this mintage, few have survived to be this particular variety in this grade level.
