An 1879 O silver Morgan dollar that has been graded MS 61 PL by PCGS. This New Orleans Mint date is not so tough to find in lower mint state grades. However, it is tough to find with proof like surfaces such as this beauty. The proof like surfaces are very strong throughout both sides suggesting that PCGS could have likely placed this coin in a DMPL holder in our recommendation. A very appealing coin that has well earned it's grade and designation from PCGS.
