1879 5C Shield Nickel PCGS XF Extra Fine Details Key Date Coin

With a low mintage of only 25,900 this key date 1879 shield nickel is even harder to find than its' mintage indicates. It has very sharp details on both sides and in our recommendation looks closer to be an about uncirculated grade. It does look like this coin has had an old cleaning as noted by PCGS.
