A pleasing 1878 key date proof only issue three cent nickel graded PR-63 by PCGS. It carries a great proof strike with nice original surfaces. This coin has been approved by CAC for quality making it one of only four coins approved by CAC in this grade for either PCGS or NGC. The blurriness you see in the photos is due some marks on the holder located on the reverse. Please note, these marks are not on the coin.
