1877 CC 25C Seated Liberty Quarter PCGS AU 53 About Uncirculated Carson City Mint

A very attractive 1877 CC seated liberty quarter graded AU 53 by PCGS. It carries a decent strike throughout both sides with some very attractive toning around the rims throughout both sides. This beautiful coin is stored in a PCGS secure label holder. Although this coin has a very high mintage of 4,192,000, the PCGS Coin Facts estimates that only 3,000 of these have survived in all grades today! Of this small amount remaining, this coin is one of only 21 graded AU 53 by PCGS.
