An 1877 key date Indian head cent graded G 4 by PCGS. This key date coin carries very decent rims for the grade very strong details for only a good grade. It looks better than the deemed grade but we believe PCGS may have net graded the coin due to the verdigris on both sides. The 1877 key date Indian head cent carries a mintage of 852,500. However, the PCGS Coin Facts estimates that only 5,000 of these have survived in all grade! This coin is one of only 701 graded Good 4 by PCGS.
