An 1877 key date Indian head cent graded AG 3 by PCGS. This key date coin has been very tough to hold during these last few months. It holds very nice chocolate brown original surfaces with a strong date carried on the obverse. The reverse is a full good grade and only the weakness on the obverse rims holds it back t this grade level. The 1877 key date Indian head cent carries a mintage of 852,500. However, the PCGS Coin Facts estimates that only 5,000 of these have survived in all grade!
