An original 1877 key date Indian head cent graded G 4 by NGC This key date coin has been tough for us to hold lately as it has been in strong demand among collectors. It carries attractive chocolate brown original surfaces and looks and looks nicer than the photos indicate. The 1877 key date Indian head cent carries a mintage of 852,500. However, the PCGS Coin Facts estimates that only 5,000 of these have survived in all grade! This coin is one of only 652 graded Good 4 by NGC.
