An attractive 1876 slightly better date trade dollar graded MS 62 by PCGS. It holds an above average quality strike with just a very faint hue of toning among each side. It is mostly white and is extremely lustrous for the grade. These trade dollars have been very difficult for us to hold in inventory lately in this 'affordable' mint state grade levels such as this one.
This Philadelphia Mint date holds a total mintage of 455,000. Of this mintage, the PCGS Coin Facts estimates that only 2,500 have survived in all grades today. It is one of only 93 graded Mint State 62 by PCGS.
