A very sharply struck and attractively toned 1875 Carson City trade dollar. This coin has great details on both sides for the grade and we believe if PCGS would have straight-graded this coin it would have come back AU-53 or AU-55. We are not sure why PCGS determined this coin to be 'damaged' as the only 'damage' we see on the coin is the chop marks. We do not see any other distracting marks on the coin at all. It looks like a very pleasing problem free about uncirculated grade example with some very interesting chop marks.
