1875 CC 20C Twenty Cent Piece PCGS VF 35 Carson City Mint Original Holder Error?

An 1875 CC twenty cent piece graded VF 35 by PCGS. This Carson City Mint coin carries the typical weak strike but holds appealing original toned surfaces throughout both sides. The holder looks like it was made improperly because the inside gasket looks bent. We are not sure what has caused this but the holder is still entirely sealed.
