1874 5C Shield Nickel PCGS MS 65 Uncirculated Mint State CAC Approved High End Nice!

A very attractive 1874 better date shield nickel graded MS 65 by PCGS. This better date coin carries very mark free surfaces for the grade with a very light attractive tone. It has been approved by CAC for quality and is stored in a secure label holder. This coin holds a higher mintage of 3,538,000. Of this mintage, the PCGS Coin Facts estimates that only 5,000 have survived today with only 100 still existing in MS 65 or higher condition such as this one. This coin is one of only 49 graded Mint State 65 by PCGS and one of only seven approved by CAC in this grade level!
