An absolutely beautiful 1871 seated liberty half dime graded MS 63 by NGC. It carries very vibrant colorful rainbow colored toning throughout both sides. A very appealing coin that is seldom offered with such attractive coloring.
This date is very common for the series with a huge mintage of 1,873,000. However, of this mintage the PCGS Coin Facts estimates that only 2,500 have survived in all grades today. It is one of only 98 graded Mint State 63 by NGC.
