1871 H10C Seated Liberty Half Dime PCGS MS 64 Uncirculated OGH Old Holder

An original 1871 seated liberty half dime graded MS 64 by PCGS. It carries a strong strike throughout both the obverse and reverse with original toned surfaces. this attractive example is housed in an old time PCGS green label holder. This date is one of the more common dates to the series with a high mintage of 1,873,000. However, of this high mintage the PCGS Coin Facts estimates that only 2,500 have survived today. It is one of only 101 graded Mint State 64 by PCGS.
