1869 1C Indian Head Cent PCGS MS 65 RB Uncirculated Red Brown CAC Approved Sharp !

A beautiful 1869 better date Indian head cent graded MS 65 RB by PCGS. This Phiadelphia Mint date is seldom offered in this grade level, especially being approved by CAC for quality. It holds a great strike throughout both sides with a neat die crack just below the Indian on the obverse. This coin has an attractive red and brown patina with very mark free surfaces for the deemed grade. This date holds a mintage of 6,420,000. Of this mintage, the PCGS Coin Facts estimates that only 800 of these have survived that are in red brown condition such as this one. It is one of only 154 graded Mint State 65 Red Brown by PCGS and one of only 34 approved by CAC in this grade level.
