An 1867 no rays, shield nickel graded AU 58 by NGC. It carries a decent strike throughout both sides with a good amount of luster remaining and lightly toned original surfaces. A perfect coin for a U.S type collector. This Philadelphia Mint date holds a mintage of 28,890,500. However, of this massive mintage the PCGS Coin Facts estimates that only 40,000 have survived in all grades today. It is one of only 103 graded About Uncirculated 58 by NGC.
