A tough 1866 key date seated liberty quarter graded XF 40 by PCGS. This rare Philadelphia Mint coin carries the typical weak strike on the reverse and holds some dark original toning. This date holds a very low mintage of only 16,800. However, PCGS has estimated that only 400 of these still have survived today. A very tough date that is seldom offered in this mid-grade level.
