This 1861 O speared olive leaf variety liberty seated half dollar has very strong details for the grade with a pleasing dark original patina. We sent this coin in for grading expecting an XF-40 grade designation, however, they were a bit harsh. A tough variety coin to find also known as the WB-104 as indicated by PCGS.
