1853 H10C Seated Liberty Half Dime PCGS AU 58 About Uncirculated CAC Approved Toned

An absolutely gorgeous 1853 with arrows, seated liberty half dime graded AU 58 by PCGS. This coin carries a superior strike throughout both sides with some light blue toning most notably on the obverse. This attractive beauty has been approved by CAC for quality and we believe it would surely grade higher if it were sent in today. This date is among the most common for the entire seated liberty half dime series with a mintage of 13,210,020. However, the PCGS Coin Facts estimates that only 4,000 of these have survived today. It is one of only 209 graded About Uncirculated 58 by PCGS. It is also one of only 21 approved by CAC in this grade level.
