An absolutely gorgeous 1852 braided hair large cent graded MS 64 BN by PCGS. It holds an above average strike with beautiful chocolate brown mark free original surfaces among both sides. A very appealing coin that we believe could have graded a point higher from PCGS. The marks you see on the reverse are on the holder and are not on the coin. This date holds a high mintage of 5,063,094. Of this mintage, the PCGS Coin Facts estimates that only 8,000 have survived in all grades today. It is one of only 287 graded Mint State 64 Brown by PCGS.
