An absolutely stunning 1847 O better date seated liberty quarter graded AU 58 by PCGS. This coin is by far the nicest 1847 O seated liberty quarter we have ever offered. It is mostly blast white with just a very light touch of toning. We thought this one would graded mint state when we sent it in but PCGS decided to hold back and be very conservative on this superb coin. It has been housed in a PCGS Secure Label holder. This New Orleans Mint date has a small mintage of only 368,000. Of this mintage, the PCGS Coin Facts estimates that only 250 have survived in all grades. it is one of just five graded About Uncirculated 58 by PCGS.
