1807 50c Capped Bust Half Dollar NGC VG 10 Very Good to Fine 50/20 Original Toned

An 1807 capped bust half dollar graded VG 10 by NGC. It holds very strong rims throughout both sides with very attractive original toned surfaces. Even though NGC has not designated it as such, this coin is the 50/20 variety as shown in the close-up reverse photos. At the time of this listing, the PCGS Coin Facts show that this coin has a mintage of only 750,500. However, they have estimated that only 3,000 of these have survived in all grades today.
