A tough 1807 Draped Bust Dime graded F 12 by PCGS. It carries strong detail for the grade level with a light grey patina. This early American coin is a tough U.S type coin to find in fine or better condition such as this one. It has been housed in a PCGS Secure Label Holder. Draped Bust Dimes have been very hard to come by lately as we expect many have been scooped up from the market recently.
This Draped Bust Dime has a total mintage of 165,000. Of this mintage, the PCGS Coin facts estimates that only 1,600 have survived in all grades today. It is one of only 24 graded Fine 12 by PCGS.
