A beautiful 1804 Plain 4, No Stems , draped bust half cent graded AU 55 by PCGS. It carries a strong strike throughout both sides and is seldom offered in this AU 55 grade level. It holds beautiful chocolate brown original surfaces and has been housed in a PCGS Secure Label Holder. It has also been approved by CAC for quality. This date holds a high mintage of 1,055,312. However, of this mintage the PCGS Coin Facts estimates that only 2,000 have survived in all grades today. It is one of only 112 graded About Uncirculated 55 by PCGS. It is also one of only ten approved by CAC in this grade level!
