1797 1C Draped Bust Large Cent PCGS VG 8 Double Struck Rotated in Collar

A very interesting 1797 draped bust large cent that has been graded VG-08 by PCGS. This coin has been noted by PCGS to be the reverse of 1797 with stems style. What makes this coin so unique is that it is double struck and has been rotated in the collar. According to an error dealer we showed this item to he believe it has actually been triple struck.
